I went in NOV, graduated in JAN. And after all the stories I hear, it sounds like that is the best time to be there. I am a north easterner, and dont deal with the heat well, so for me, the cold is like home. HOWEVER! They reaaallly dont care about how cold you DO get when you are there... example: They wouldnt let us put our heat on in our dorms.. it was 60 degrees in there.. which does not sound that chilly, but you always awoke in the night shivering.. (they only give you a thin wool blanket)

The nive thing about going in the heat of the summer is, you dont have to march very much, nor do you have to do alot of P.T... they have different color "flags" which tell you what you are allowed to do according to the Temp. ..summer in TX is almost always a BLACK flag, which means not doing anything stressful outside.

In winter? like i said, they dont give a HOOT about you, even if it is 35 degrees out, they make you go out side at 4:45 in the morning and FREEZE and do push ups with t shirts on! ... but yeah, I think JAN is a good time to go.

oh, and the T.I's singled me out.. the MOST out of every girl... it was just bad news from day one... I was the only guard or reserve in the flight... The T.I..would usually yell to me "GUARD!!! STAY IN LINE... blah blah.. lol
Then, he made fun of my last name.... and.. THEN I got caught with a honey packet in the dorm, and well... shit hit the fan...
then, everytime he saw me, he would yell something about "HONEY!... this, honey that... lol.. I had the VERY first bed in the dorm when you walked in... And, I was the only mother out of the entire 50 girls.. so.. it SUCKED fo me.

How are you going to be a MWDH? It requires you to be at least an SrA but I've seen one A1C. You have to complete SF tech school first.
